What amazes me is that mcCain allowed Sarah to be on the ticket. How could someone with the responsibilities McCain has have allowed her so near the presidency? What does this say about McCain but more importantly what about other goverment officials. It scares the hell out of me that McCain may be a representation of our elected officials. while i respect her intentions, here's the deal: there's no such thing as energy independence. the oil in america does't stay with the americans - this is true w/ any country - it gets put into the world oil market. b/c more oil is introduced, we are able to make the price go down, but that's it.
