Not too bad, but no comparision to Jon's voice, I'd always thought if Fieldy was gonna join another band it would have some rap element to it, not a watered down version of nu-metal... Though they may improve with time. I think it's cos I see Fieldy I expect Jons voice. And yes I agree, dodgy voice effects, thought that was for people like Britney Spears?
