It really depends on which Walmart you go to in Milwaukee. I found that the walmart in the Falls is MUCH better than the one on Brown Deer Rd. Even the one in Hales Corners is a good one to go to as well. Prices differ GREATLY from location to location (I have found)... OH did I mention I'm from Milwaukee as well?

The Hallandale Beach WalMart recently went thru a super renovation and it took about 6 months. Its was a crazy mess and the employees didn't even know where half the stuff was.

This is too funny! I am from Milwaukee too and dread going to the city Walmarts (i.e East Capitol Dr and certainly wouldn't dare be caught at Midtown!) Both are pretty flippin scary! I have been able to find my desired items at the Franklin store - which is far, but worth the drive. :-))

I have had the same thing happen to me... except it was at Target... when I took the receipt up to customer service, the lady didn't know how to give me the amount back that I had really actually paid since I used coupons... she gave me the amount that I paid and the amount of the coupons since she couldn't give me them back. Plus I think she gave me too much back... I politely said thanks, but I was like "I don't think that's right..." Hey, if they say it's okay... then that's fine with me!!!

They gave you the full amount back for the razors because they are going to get reimbursed for the coupons. That's why they don't give them back to you.

I feel ya girl. I'm in South Florida and everything here is more than the prices people post they got stuff at. I haven't been able to find the Robitussin To Go either. I print my coupons in b/w because I print with my laser printer instead of my inkjet printer. I went through too much ink with the inkjet. Walmart is the worse for taking coupons. They claim to be coupon friendly and price match but someone needs to tell the SMs and Cashiers.

Don't feel alone the Kotex here in TN are 1.24 and the Cortaid is on clearance here for 4.50. Ive noticed at my walmart, they put red clearance stickers on items like the Cortaid but if you go look at where they are orginally housed its the same price. No markd down what so ever.

I dont think that you should feel bad for taking the money. Its not your fault that the employee isnt educated on there store policies. We know you wont go and make a habit of returning items to get the cash, wanting to work in law and all.

@BlkBrbe96 The one on Capitol Drive. It is a cluster-eff of dumb. Usually I go to Saukville or Waukesha because I have a client out that way. The one on 27th Street is great....except you'll be in line for 25 minutes! Ugh. Gotta love Milwaukee. ;)

I never find the Scrubbing Bubbles or Robitussen at Walmart!! I saw somewhere that they're supposed to be by the registers, but NO! Scrubbing Bubbles I found at Lowe's for $3.98!!  Woohoo...finally!

I found the robitussin to go on a end cap of clearance at a walgreens for $1.25 well I tried to purchase it with coupon and the cashier said the q wasn't for that product. I called physer they said it was but I didn't go back :(

Ive returned items I purchased with coupons and I always get the amount of the coupon back in cash. I was surprised when it happened the first time but I guess thats what stores do. I dont return items just to get the cash though I only return items that were a different price than I had thought or something along those lines.
