I personally followed the 1 that can be found at "50inch vertical (dot) com" but just about any training workout is fine if they work (which many do not)

I don't care what his jumper looks like, he perfected it. It just looks automatic whenever he shoots. He is also pretty athletic, The ideal PF to put next to Dwight because it gives him room doen low. Unfortunately for the Magic, he also has many weaknessess. He can't handle the ball, so you wont see him driving much. He isn't stong enough to bang down low and his post moves are limited. Hes also a very poor defender. Just lock a tall athletic defender on him very close and he won't as effective

A lot of misconceptions there, to be honest. Shard doesn't handle the ball much because he doesn't need to, because of Jameer and Vince. Despite that, he's a very nice playmaker from the high post and finds our guys routinely for easy layups.

He's EXTREMELY underrated as a post player. We post him up against smaller forwards all the time, and more often than not, he eats them alive. His defense has improved dramatically since Seattle, and now is a very solid post defender.
