Israel committed no war crimes?

That remains to be determined. Independent organisations - and your views are far from independent - believe there to be very strong evidence for Israel having committed war crimes during the recent conflict.

The Golan Heights are war reparations, as Syria and Tony Benn well know. Israel committed no war crimes, unless self-defense is now a war crime. Hamas will welcome this gift, which, if Israel allows it passage to Gaza Strip, should help to make up for having to hand back the 3,500 blankets and 400 tons of food they stole from the UN, for the benefit of Hamas operatives.

The UN's main man on the spot, in Gaza Strip, Christopher Gunness, along with many others from other and independent organisations cited the theft by Hamas of 3,500 blankets and 400 tons of food. After being threatened with a suspension of relief aid, Hamas returned the bulk of the theft. This, of course, may be insufficient proof for you, but it has certainly convinced all international aid donors who have pledged funds, including Saudi Arabia to indefinitely delay payment.
