in regular server become higher than the tier is designed for so 12 for T1 22 for T2 32 for T3, for orvr servers you must be two tiers higher than neccessary for example, at 22 you will turn into a chicken at T1 and at 32 you will become one in T2 you can never be a chicken in t3 or t4

become lvl > 12 and visit a tier1 RvR zone. it might work for all of the zone but i doubt it.
