UN has a become a pawn of NATO/US...This is a move to pressure the Afghan gov't into handing our prisons to outside powers against the wished of Afghans....Afghans overthrew the ISI's Taliban and Al qaeda without the presence of international forces, it took Afghans 1 1/2 month to clear the country of foreign proxies in Afghanistan.."After" the success- outside empowered warlords and created an enviroment of corruption which was later to be used against it. @armond007x This is not about torture, it is more about Kabul accepting a Strategic pact with Afghanistan and one of the main issue is prisons, NATO/US want to run GITMO type prinsons in Afghanistan..I am all for exposing corruption and torture but it has to look at all the player involved in it...Corruption is not going to end when west gives less than 1% to Afghan gov't and spends 99% itself to empower warlords..Torture is not going to end when the west itself practices it in Afghanistan.

I see why the comments below are very soft on their anti-Americanism as compared to that on other videos.. not much mention of the US here except that of training and the funding for operations to continue. It's Afghans, and even then this same report stresses that this wasn't an institutional policy of the Afghan government. They have to follow what's on paper, and training based on that will certainly help.
