  • You said "8 Tbs of flour". Why not just say 1 cup of flour?

  • @porkinwitz Mainly because I divided the flour during cooking.

  • 4:05 Once you have the onions where you want them, deglaze that badboy with a cup of red wine....makes such a silky smooth, glorious stew. =D (know you don't need to here but it's all about the wine!) Now I'm hungry.

  • @azis1100 I don't use wine in cooking really. I don't usually like the taste. Scott likes to deglaze with wine. I let this one deglaze in the oven as it cooked.
