The Agency created a system that can destroy the Freaks. It gets activated at the Agency HQ. Cathalina Throne tries stopping them but your Agent jumps down and stops Throne but gets killed by the helicopter blades leaving his hand inside the copter. After it was complete the credits roll, and at the end, Throne is seen sitting and looking at the Agent's hand, this is proof of Crackdown 3.
