He is a character in Metal Gear Solid 3. If i remember right he was a boss in a spacesuit that specialized in using fire attacks. Since his inception, alot of people would grab flame throwers in Metal gear online, or any other game with and kill with reckless abandon( which is fun by the way lol). Hence the reference here.

on the halo 2 guide when he said the banshee sucks total ass. hes right in a few ways. for example if someone on the other team has the grenade or rocket launcher . u will be dead as soon as probably 30 seconds. and plus literatly EVERYONE wants to go after the banshee unless they no what i mean. and it hard to use a banshee in small spaces like boneyard or whatever. and so many ppl know how to jack it, i mean,whats the point of having it if ur just going to get jacked in probably 10 seconds.?

the orange guy could be grif, and what he said could be a reference to tucker being pregnant, and the needles in brain was from episode 150-200... which ever one where they were attacked by needles....plus the music is a dead givaway, but they didnt have music in the comics :P
