i actually hate t osay it but i think i might have tourettes, im 14, i have always had twitches through my childhood and it drives me fucking crazy. i stopped having them for about age 12-14 but just developed another one. i cant stop jerking my head downward its fucking tearing me apart i hate it. i cant do my homework i cant fall asleep i cant focus. please respond

as a 50yr old ticcer,tourettes person,i personally think mouth splints are a scam.top people who are professors in this field know so too.i proved it at this yrs tourettes action conference,i sat next to a lad who,d paid 12000 pounds for this,after 5 mins with him he was ticcing like me.
wow a real solution! I live far away from this doctor but I immediately tried just holding my jaw open an inch or two (not noticeable to others), and my tourette's stopped immediately!!! SO apparently just my jaw being closed or clenched was putting pressure on my nerves causing the tourettes!!! SO MY TOURETTES IS FINALLY GONE!
@chrisbimmermd All i have to do it hold open my jaw about an inch and no more tourettes! For people with less self control may need this device to help them keep their jaw at just the right place, but for me, I no longer have tourettes!!!
