I think the panpipes are more of a South American thing, Andes Mountains, Peru, etc. There are a lot of Native American contemporary music groups and nothing is wrong with that, but don't confuse modern music that is inspired by the musicians' heritage with "authentic" traditional drum songs and flute songs. This is good entertainment but should not be taken as an object lesson in historic tribal culture. This is very modern. Nice, but again modern.
I don't know if they are using their own music or not....if you will do a youtube search for Manantial..is the name of the company that produces these pseudo native stuff....this song they call Tatanka..it is beautiful, I am just not sure how authentic it is..........try it.........
