the Toxin is called "Paralytic Toxin" if u have it, then run asap to the person whit "Burning Bile" couse whit every second passing, ur speed is reduced whit 10%. This is the antidote (moust of the time the tank that's on Dreadscale has it, but its not neaceseraly the case all the time.)

it's not too hard unless you run the wrong way, and if you have to use speed buffs like sprint, blink, unholy presence etc.

We're having trouble with this boss, we can clear 10 norm no prob but 10hc, the worms give us trouble.

Namely i'm the acidmaw tank and i get poisoned, but nobody else gets the fire debuff but the other tank. If we try to run to each other we end up killing someone because of the spew.

What's the best strategy to remove the toxin from the tank?

You can use a 3rd tank to taunt off the tank holding Dreadscale, so the original tank who has burning bile can run to You on Acidmaw. That way you wouldn't have to move at all, so you wouldn't spray the raid.

Miks Scrolling Combat Text or Parrot (they're pretty close to the same mod) track spell CD's for you and will show a notification when a spell is ready to cast. For dps classes (I play a mage for instance) it'll show you procs as well, like when Hot Streak is available for use.

i agree that healing is probably harder than dps, but dps is harder than it sounds. Especially if you are playing a complicated class like DK. Once you get used to healbot then you're good to go but you can't get used to dpsing. I play mage and I constantly look people up to make sure my spec is still the best and my rotation is ok. tanks on the other hand i know nothing about, so don't be blaming me if they turn out 100x harder than anything in life combined ever
