  • @LittleDragon2000 It was the first song Holly did out of the Texas swing and rockabilly - western genre. Sonny Curtis actually wrote it and the original recording was done at Bradley's Barn in Nashville in 1956 (between July and November). It was about an unusual local person Sonny knew back on his father's farm in Meadow, Texas. Maybe Flower of my Heart?
