@derppable It's brilliant! It's about a descendant of Dr. Jekyll trying to deal with the same old problem: his alter ego Mr. Hyde. It's a wonderful, wonderful show that I don't want to spoil too much. It's from the writer of some of the best eps of Who, including the Weeping Angels ones, and Jekyll's some of his best work, that's how great it is. Look out for it if you can.

I'm currently watching this miniseries and it's such a good production: Moffat is, like always, a genius and James Nesbitt is just brilliant as Mr. Hyde, he's like a mix between Pacino and Hopkin's Lecter, even like a young Jim Carrey when Hyde chooses to overact... the guy is totally creepy! Watch it before some crappy American network decides to make the crappy American remake and ruin it forever.

Yeah it was a brilliant series, I don't really see why they can't make a series 2 as they left it open at the end of episode 6.

They won't make a series 2 as the BBC under advertised it (as well as badly scheduling it) thus not acheving anywhere near its intended viewing figures. If you look up the dvd you will see its listed as "series 1" on the cover,they did intend it to go on for a while before the decision to axe this truly wonderful show was taken.

This show is very good, not just cause of the blood and stuff. But Jekyll is hilarious! My favorate episode is when the take him out of the box, and he takes the piss out of the american woman. 'Thanks 'mom' your the best; XD. He take the piss.
