Moose checks in to Alaska Regional Hospital

i moved here last june. i just love this place. it is like a cross between disneyworld and busch gardens. the other day i was walking down an alley in anchorage and a bald eagle flew right over me not more than twenty feet off the ground

winter time about 3a.m. driving by Mall & I see some strange Xmas lights dancing in the air in the middle of the street. it was pitch black winter out & I'm thinking I'm seeing things. I drive slowly & I see a dang moose w/ Xmas lights wrapped in its alters & they are lit as they are strung from the trees in the parking lot mall that the moose had been munching on & got the lights hung up in. I alsways wondered how much further he got before the lights went out. it was quite the sight.

That is why I love living in AK. Moose are in my yard all the time and they are great to watch, but they are very dangerous. More people are killed in AK by moose than by any other animal including bears.

HOW did you know my name? DID I leave my ID in the hallway? HOW did you know my name? Oh, by the way, I was constipated from so much birchbark and was looking for a fleet to clear me up but you did not have any around. I went to Fred Meyers and got one there. It was not pretty and I think I knocked over a beaver when I let it fly. I could not hang onto it after drinking for more than one minute. If you ever see a beaver with a dented tail, well blame the fleet and not me! ;)

I've noticed in all the moose vids I watched their everywhere EXCEPT the wilderness. Your back yard, your car, your pool, but I've never seen one just walk into a hospital. I'm movin to Anchorage!

@DjAchillies I had a moose almost knock me out of my kayak while paddling along a shore in a lake. he stuck his head out from a tall shoreline of weeds and about toppled me into the water. true. and, I live near anchorage so you know it is true.
