Omg... Yup, we FINALLY moved to Yokosuka housing after so many years! We had to live in Negishi BEFORE we were allowed to live in Yokosuka. So, YEA the waiting list was long for us, lol. Our towhouse was almost exactly like this one -- except for the 'remote control', haha. Oh, wait- I don't remember a storage space? I miss Yokosuka and Negishi.
Nice the housing there. The link at the end of the video is not working. Does anyone know a email to contact someone for possible housing ether on or off base housing at Yokosuka and what is the price range for say 2bd or 3bd?
@TheDenise399, it is best to contact the housing office at the link above to get an idea of how long the waiting list is. The will be better able to answer that question. Congratulations on your orders to Japan!
@TheDenise399 I'm not sure how long you have to wait for base housing nowadays. If you have 2 children ,older than 6, 7 years old (boy and girl), you could live in 3BR townhouse or newer 3BR tower. We used to live in the 50 year old woodframe duplex from 88-90 with bunch of roaches, they knocked all down and built more towers. If your husband is an officer, you probably will live in Ikego housing off base. Hope you will get what you want and enjoy the life in Japan.
@cmthomas76 There is carpet on the second level in most of the units. There are some exceptions. To get more detailed answers to any questions you might have you can email the housing office directly at yokosukahousing@fe.navy.mil. Please reference this video so they know you saw the walkthrough. Thanks for watching and make sure you spread the word!

Any chance of getting window measurements? I was hoping to buy window treatments in the States.

We used to live in townhouse on Yokosuka base back in 1990. Those young families are lucky, I didn't have a dishwasher and quiet A/C. =( Lucky you!!!

The Townhouse configurations are generally the same whether Officer or Enlisted. Check with Fleet Activities Housing for specifics.

Just wondering, do any of the units have carpet? It looked like hard wood on the 1st floor. Couldn't really tell on the 2nd floor.
Thx so much for the videos!
