It means an acoustic GUITAR (not strings) is primarily used instead of the usual electric guitar with distortion. Learn your terms and from your mistakes. Idiot.

@dutchie1010 yes i do it's were the song is usally slower or used acoustic strings guitars instead of normal guitars at some times a diffrent pitch
