Dude are you serious? You needed an ascii chart for that? I finished this without looking at any external material :p. And it took me less than 2 minutes!

You can just use common sense and type in the letter a. then see what happens, followed by aa, then aaa, aaaa, and so on. And you notice a really obvious pattern.

I typed in abcdefg just to see if I could see a pattern. I found it and got all the letters right but then I needed to do a lot of guess and checks with the numbers. I am now looking for an easier was to do it for future reference. This looks good.

It's easy.

The first number you don't go up any times so the first numbers stays like it is.

The second number you got up once, the third twice, the fourth three times and so on.

by using the decryption tool on the page, if you type in a test string like 0000000, the algorithm being used becomes obvious, and if you type in a few other test strings like 9999999, then anyone who has seen an ascii table before (html and script dabblers will recognise it) will notice the characters and the pattern (hopefully) also ascii is just the standard way to reference characters in a program or script. :P Happy Hacking!
