Don't believe anything the mainstream tells you, it's all a coverup, Airbus is aware of the technical problems, but due high modification costs and airplane grounding time, reducing profits, they choose to keep flying, any a330 can still fall out of the sky today.

If there is a defect in the A330, ( and I say if) then Airbus needs to fix it quickly. The A330 is the third highest selling widebody, so it need to be safe. Would I fly on an A330, Yes! New Gen widebodies like the A330, A340 and 777 have great safty records, compaired to 747s (A favorite of mine) and DC10s ( which flew on many of time after it many crashes).

I really find hard to beleive that they haven't found the black boxes with all the hardware they have at their disposal. I think something else happen and they triying to cove it up to avoid hurting the airline. Shame on them. May God have mercy on all those people. RIP.

I can't believe it that in our days it's happening something like this with no answer. Let's consider that the black box was not found, but we are in the communication time, why the signals was not sent immediately to satellite? I can't imagine what was in that airplane, and shame to France to not give us the truth for future problem solving! RIP to the passengers of AF 447

@rabdj the sea is several miles deep and the location beacon run out of power after a month. It's virtually impossible. Get real. Not everything has to be a cover up. There are lots of boring explanations for things.

i dont think that bad weather and lightning was the reason of that plane falling APART of the sky, it had to be hit with something that broke them instantly like a ROCKET so the pilots didnt even have a chance to respond.. and they are saying that it is a small probability of finding the black boxes because that dont want to find them...thats my opinion

pilot reported nothing...it was a automated messages sent by on board computer...it sent 15 of these kind of messages probably after the plane was ripped apart in the air....

Now airlines offer free internet on flights. Truth is you are safer without it. All that extra wiring does not help keep the plane in the air. It does create a greater chance for failure. Want a safer flight ? Skip the "internet for all" airlines.

The problems with airplanes if that when these things happen it becomes a tragedy because so many people die. However, it's still the safest way of traveling. I have flown back and forth from the US and Europe over 15 times and the domestic flights within the US I took are countless, yet here I am. It's just really bad luck.

17 bodies are now found! This is a miracle, indeed wwe are getting closer to finding out what happened to flight 447 Air France. My prayers are with the families who loss these victims.
