  • It takes one monkey to pluck fleas out from another.

It's already one thing that the State of FL has to be so Danny mired in corruption, all you fucking goons out there are nothing more than agents of racket for this bottom of the dump State!

Just keep in mind, guns and badges make you no more than the civilian on the street... You piss, shit, bleed and have to eat just like any other human beings.

You ducks may play tough, but we all know you are scared little girls... Fuck all of you cops!

  • @LeeZard27 You're an idiot. Total waste of air and space.

  • trooper Donna Jane Watts = a hero

  • haha. city of miami pd is 100x's the cops FHP could ever aspire to pretend to be. these guys work in some bad areas. FHP straps on a gun and badge and goes play traffic enforcer. miami pd actually gets in ghetto gun fights and has to deal with real scum.if you live down here and have any sense of law enforcement then u already know the jokes at FHP working. DUI's, tickets, crashes. they got big things going on them highways. lol. they are losers as are the douches on this page that support them

  • caught it that time...lol.

  • Thumbs up for doing her job.

  • Bad cop !bad cop Whatcha gonna do whatcha gonna do when FHP come for you? BUSTED that's the reason why i have a lot respect for FHP very good joob!

NO BODY IS ABOVE DE LAW.

  • @CHRISMAD01 lol. yea you and about only 200 other people respect them. FHP is more likely to fuck you over then a street cop. douche

  • @soflo23 200? how you know that? u stupid fuck we talking about millions no 200 ....LOL FHP is a lot better law enforcement officer, than any miami shit police cops

  • @CHRISMAD01 how i know that? because by reading your comments i can only assume there are a handful of people as idiotic as ur dumb fuckin ass. FHP knows how to handle domestic abuse cases, rape, murder, robbery, major narcotics, and so on all of a sudden? u obviously dont know police work and are ignorant to anything thats really going on, so u can suck on a dick and i hope ur beloved FHP trooper losers pull u over and u can tell them how u went to battle for them on the youtube blogs. pussy

  • @soflo23 here again....Bad cop !bad cop Whatcha gonna do whatcha gonna do when FHP come for you?

NO BODY IS ABOVE DE LAW. got it?

  • @soflo23 BTW....do not fucking tell me about domestic issues retard you have no idea what i did for my country......you dealing with a united state MARINE.....so go cry to the river.

  • @CHRISMAD01 i dont give a fuck if ur a marine or not devil dog. i was in the corps as well and ur prob some pog loser who stayed inside the wire or ran the fuel pumps. what was ur MOS pog? its sad because half od the cops i know were marines that served in oif/oef as well so go fuck urself. "what u did for ur country". pfft! what u do chow hall cook? i know u aint no 03. oh and domestic violence issues have nothing to do with what u claim u've done for ur country

  • And for you morons - its called professional courtesy. He wasn't going 120 first of all. Second, EVERY profession gives it's own professional courtesy, why the F don't you think cops shouldn't be allowed that same courtesy?? Example for the morons: You board a plane as a civilian and another guy boards the plane but he's an off duty pilot and the flight crew know this. Who do you think will get better service??? Exactly - professional courtesy exists around the globe and in EVERYprofession

  • Bullshit he was going 120. If he was going 120, then this bitch had to have beeen going 140 to catch up with him. And if she was doing 140, to catch up to a marked police car that she already knew was not stolen, then she deserves to be cited as well for reckless and unecessary driving. - And look at the windshield wipers - it was at least slightly wet out there for her to be doing 140 - SHE endangered lives that nighty --

  • @mikelwry1 Finally somebody else with some good sense. You just stated everything I had been saying all along. Well the video is about 5 mins long and the high speed chase that she executed was for 90 seconds or so since he slowed don to 79 after the siren was put on. It stated that she was about a mile away when she started the chase. If she took 90 seconds to catch up, then her speed was exactly 160 MPH, compounded by the rainy driving condition: a definite hazard - her recklessness exists

  • That time of the month I recken...

  • my respects for the FHP she has balls!!!

she was making sure no one is above the law even these low life yoyo land talkers police guards.

  • @Deathtomonarchy Of course she was making sure that no one was above the law while she was above the law herself. Do you have any idea how many laws she broke in that video. Driving for more than 120 miles herself for more than 7 minutes in and out of traffic in what -only she - can conceive as a high speed chase. How can you have a high speed chase when the person being chased have no idea.

  • @sanetalking Perception doesn't trump fact.

It WAS in fact a high speed chase, and it was legal for her to chase him.

You think she wanted to be king of the hill on being above the law? Sir, all I can tell from this comment of yours is that you're a dumb-ass, and your name "sanetalking" is a complete lie.

"Do you have any idea of how many laws she broke in that video?"

Name them, and the high speed isn't one of them don't try to pull any bullshit.

  • @FaleiaFrost Law #1 - she broke the speed limit - even though she may have a reason to, her reason is no better than his - her speed exceeds his, cas that is the only way she could catch up. Secondly, excessive use of force Third is false arrest since in this case - the violation did not necessitate that level of overboard. Furthermore there are two types of laws,

Never said her chase was illegal: no law broken there. What I say is the high speed claim was one-sided. I dont know what u read

  • @FaleiaFrost I also did state that I live in Miami and dont care for any police any where. In Forth Lauderdale yesterday - same place where she is stationed - they arrested two Police officer on 17 counts of felony each. The head of the Sheriff Department was busted by the FBI for stealing more than 7 million dollars of tax payers money, and he still presides. The FBI comes here on a regular basis for reason of curruption and abuse of power by the same self righteous group of assholes you aplaud

  • @sanetalking Well that is the point my dear Eisenstein. Common sense is NOT YOUR FORTE, therefore I am not going to teach you anything in this matter, as It would be a waist of time for me at this time. the whole thing pass through you and you still asking minor questions. It is what it is, and that is the end of it.

  • @Deathtomonarchy Your response is misdirected because none of the contents is relevant to any thing I said. I had to scroll through the comments and check if was trying to send to someone else. Know this, I am fully for the discipline of the police because the arrogance and dis-regard for laws and morals is why I don't like them. However that matter must be addressed from within their walls as a general objective - not in the way off a street disconnect or HYPOCRITICAL mislead.

  • @sanetalking HYPOCRITICAL mislead? what are you talking about?

  • @Deathtomonarchy Hypocritical because her comments regarding the Miami PD implied her true motive. Mislead because she you -for instance- is of the fruits of her mislead. There is another part of this video that was not tubed, that part contains those comments. Google channel 7 and channel to in Forth Lauderdale and get facts. You are obviously intelligent but grossly misinformed.

  • @sanetalking You need to re-read what you write, I can't understand your comments. are you coping and pasting from microsoft word?. It seems you have some info that you do not want to relinquished publicly. what are we missing here? are you related to this guy, are you a yoyoland cop ? The most important issue is, to be ethically correct and she did the correct thing whether her circumstances proved something else.

what do you know? say it.

  • @Deathtomonarchy I told you where to find the information and its not in Microsoft Word :) I did said that I live in Miami and also said that I don't like any police any where because of their arrogance, which is the same reason why I find this whole deal so dis-tasteful.

When there is motives involved it becomes the only thing that matters: ethics are not driven by alteria motives. I said that part of the video is missing that means I saw the whole video, so am I still confusing you?

  • @sanetalking when your level of communication and your writings are not clear and well written. whomever is reading your writings, can not understand the layering of confusion you are trying to convey, and it becomes blurry. example this: Mislead because she you -for instance- is of the fruits of her mislead. ....PLEASE DON'T TRY TO EXPLAIN. it's OK. just leave it.

  • @Deathtomonarchy - If somebody told you that you are the fruits of somebody else's mislead, that just SIMPLY meant that " you believe what the person wants or intended for you to believe even though you were not told the truth or the full story. If you could not understood that then all my time spent communicating with you was regretful.

You mis-spelled Einstein and typed Einsenstein instead. When you typed that the computer DID place a red line under it which meant it was spelled incorrectly.

  • @sanetalking somebody told you you are the fruit of somebody else......I wasting time reading your comments. did you mother ever mentioned to you that you had talent? what she really mean was that you were way too slow. go out and find a friend. do something else. This??? this is not for you.

If somebody tell you (sound retarded) you ARE the fruit of a broken condom. I bet you won't believe it do you?

  • @Deathtomonarchy One day somebody may look beyond your faults and see your needs and may try to rescue you . I tried but I just cant go any lower. They lower I went was the lower you got, When a person start cursing you out about your mother that is the ultimate disrespect. Just by the word that came from your comment tells what type of person you are.:one who will do or say anything just to win a stupid conversation over nothing, and doesn't have the dignity to accept a loss, - sad got you

  • @sanetalking you disgust me! you are sneaky as a snake and hide beneath your own sorry ass life.

if you are in front of me I will puke in your face, cause people like you make me want to vomit. you are the lower of the lowest humans forms here on earth.

hope I never have to see you in my lifetime cause if I do I will spit on you face. Unfortunately there is a few like you out there. you are the weakest lower life form OUT there SIMILAR OR close to garbage!!!

    do not challenge me!!!

  • @Deathtomonarchy Also Google "Channel 10 news Fort Lauderdale FL"

  • The Miami police officer should be severely disciplined by his own and all officers should feel ashamed for what the police union has said. It's about time someone does something about how these police officers drive when off duty.

  • Really if that Miami cop would have hit someone (your mother or dad ) would you feel the same way.

  • IF I WAS THAT MY MIAMI COP I WOULD BE ROLLING AROUND THE ROAD WITH THAT DIKE!!!!NO WAY WOULD I BE IN HANDCUFFS!!!

  • First of all the Miami cop was dead wrong. However, there were other alternatives she could have taken to solve the problem. I wonder how many REAL bad guys she's taken to jail recently. The drug runners that use that highway were probably dying laughing at both of them as they zoomed by. Let's get our priorities together FHP. That was highly inappropriate. That guy may have to save one of your asses on day. How fast do you think he or someone from his agency will be going to get there?

  • SHE IS ALSO WEAVING IN TRAFFICE!

    REMINDER!

STAY TO THE RIGHT EXEPT TO PASS!

  • GIT Outtta tha Vee-hiickkle.. fucking cunt hahaha

  • SIECKTO AMEN. My best friend from high school was killed by a wrong way driver while on duty. Her name was STEPHANIE BROWN OF SAN ANTONIO. she was a police officer here responding to a call of a wrong way driver on 35 south at the McCullough exit. Someone made a very good YouTube video of her. She left behind a beautiful daughter and great parents. Check it out if u want. Search SAPD STEPHANIE BROWN ON MY PROFILE UNDER FAVORITES. LMK WAT U THINK

  • Amen to Sue

  • @moneymakingdice bro I was hauling ass to back up another deputy who was also working a side job for the same security company at an apt. complex. If he called SAPD then they like always would take there time. If ur a police officer like I am then u would understand brother hood comes first.

  • @machboy1 Brotherhood should not come before integrity. It's sad that you think that way. You cheapen the brotherhood by allowing it to sink so low and become so petty. You weaken it by allowing people of low character to cry about lack of brotherhood when they are caught doing the wrong thing.

  • @fxyeti. R u a cop. I am. And it's so easy to switch to pd Chanel well for us deputies and if we c anything from the city pd we can easily switch to the Chanel or simply let dispatch know to notify pd dispatchers and tell them to stop at a secluded area or for us to public service our srgt. To call pd srgts. And inform them of wats going on.

  • I gotta stop watching this video; the more I see it the madder I get. This is Florida State Trooper D.J. Watts everyone; she needs to hear from you. She pulled the biggest blooper of her career right here for all to see. She's a freakin embarassment to the law enforcement brotherhood. Let her know what you think of her stupid traffic stop and write a letter to her station commander!!! I support Miami Officer Fausto

  • If cops could just obey the law and stop murdering good Americans, us "civilians" wouldn't hate you so much. But until you remember to protect and serve, instead of beat and kill, we will resent your abuse. And how you sponge off our taxes while we work real jobs.

  • ed us we know that you hate us and you can fend for yourselves. You faggots always hate cops until your wife or sister is getting raped or your home is being broken into and you're too much of a pussy to do anything yourself. Go a month with NO POLICE and see how you liberal pussies survive. Fuck you all.

  • Wow. You're all idiots. You all just hate cops and want bad things to happen to them. In Texas while in a marked vehicle Peace Officers are immune from speeding laws and can drive on the shoulder. Why don't you liberals bitch about how we drive in Afghanistan? If a car doesn't move out of your way you HIT IT and we drive on the opposite side of the road all the time and sped EVERYWHERE! You faggots just hate cops and that's all it is. I wish all you morons would sign a guest book so when you ne

  • @SIECKTWO Comparing driving around with IED threats and enemy combatants to worry about to being late for an off duty job is a tiny bit much. This ain't about hating on cops...This is about a guy abusing his power and getting called on it.

  • Absolutly Noboby is above the law in the United State Of America, Nobody!! Smart response by the FHP trooper tell him "For me you're a criminal" Good for you Mrs Officer, You're a heroe for me and this precious Nation!

  • Ouch

  • Hypocrites is what they all are. That is the way cops drive whether or not they have emergencies. Furthermore she had to be doing more than 120 herself - swinging in and out of cars so where is her regards for safety. She said Miami cops always speed by and she has been after them.

She release this video to channel 7 who had to get her permission to allow it on YouTube and they are running ads with the video so I wonder how much is she getting per click. They are all criminals - for real

  • @sanetalking idiot is a police chase dumb ass she could do 180 if she needs to ignorant

  • @sanetalking They do not need her permission...don't know why you think that.

  • @scout14j Well there may be exceptions with the news media since they have a license and that is actually public news. As one who live in Miami I can tell you that that matter had not been laid to rest by the Miami Police Department. There is words about that incident and certainly a lot of retorts, This for me is amusing since I dont like neither of them. Cops are ass-holes who place themselves above the citizens in the same community they live. They deserve to f*ck each other over

  • sometimes us cops make bad decisions, going that fast with so much traffic out and no valid reason is asking for problems, that could of been handled diffrently by the trooper but she did it correctly, I have seen a cop car get stolen before so it does happen, this guy could of pulled over and maybe the whole thing would of been squashed

  • Nepotism rules this Society. Why shouldn't he not be arrested or handcuffed, 102mph in a 70mph, i would have been dragged out of the car, possibly massed, charged with Speeding, Reckless Driving, Eluding Police, Resisting Arrest, and Lost My Driving Privileges. Off Duty, Unacceptable he should be removed from the force as this was not only Poor Judgement but a Terrible Character Trait, he is not fit to wear any sort of Badge, Local State Federal or Private Sector

  • Now this is indiscriminate justice :3

  • Reckless endangerment!!!

  • She could have followed him or got on the city Chanel on the radio and call for his srgt. Or advised him to stop and pull over somewhere so she can park him. But arresting him. Wat a dumb excuse for an officer she is. If we had one here I'd make sure I take her badge or just not go to assistance call that she may need.

  • Told some of my buddies of San Antonio pd of the citation and they were like dam he gave u one. That's way out of line and we don't give police officers citations. Idk. Thinking about calling trooper butch that's in this video and c if they r related. Lol.

  • trooper butch was right for yelling and chewing his ass but no need for handcuffs or a scene like the felony stop she made on a brother police officer on a public highway and roadway. A deputy in Bexar county and in full uniform I was pulled over by a San Antonio police officer on a highway for speeding. 79 in a 65. Ofc. A. De Hoyos badge #1051 stopped me and conducted his traffic stop very unprofessional. Piece of shit should be glad he's working in my county and he gives me a citation.

  • @machboy1 STOP BREAKING THE LAW ASSHOLE,and you wont get a ticket fuck face

  • @machboy1 Man you should read my comments from several days ago I said the same thing. This stupid lesbian could have kept this under the rug and avoided the huge public spectacle that she caused. All she had to do was note the car number and reported it to her own commander and let him deal with it. The Miami cop was on official duty; I don't give a shit what anyone says, a cop in uniform and in a marked unit is on duty all the time! This should have gone to Int.Affairs and stayed there.

  • @machboy1 Sounds professional enough to me. Doing the right thing sounds much more professional than getting mad at somebody because they didn't look the other way when you were doing the wrong thing.

  • That a gir.Go get some more.

  • There is no way the male cop was going 120mph. Female cop might have recklessly gone 120mph to catch him. Also, what was her justification for drawing her weapon?(use of force). She sure did walk right up to the door easy enough. No waiting for back up? Male cop pulls over actually fairly quickly ONCE she activated her siren. Also, she wasn't wearing her hat which is part of her uniform, thus female cop was not in uniform, thus the ticket is invalid (actual real case with ticket thrown out)

  • Comment removed

  • @duckmanjoel Holly shit are you joking? The idiot swerved in and out of lanes for over a minute as the sirens were on. The goon had the same lame excuse any of us would have after going 120 mph - "I was late" - hahaha if this is allowed when 'your late' then I think we can all void any speeding ticket we have ever received. Where I come from your vehicle gets impounded for going this speed along with a $10,000 fine.

  • Don't drop the soap bitch!!!

  • she did the right thing i hope they suspend that fucking cop , and take his badge allway

  • Fucking vulttures Cannibals the Economy is so bad that they have to feed off of each other? WoW Hide your kids, hide your wives.

This looks more like an episode of The walking dead!

  • Neither of these two idiots should have a badge. They're both cleary retarded. The miami cop was probably checking his facebook while butch was having a panic attack. I'm so glad my tax dollars support these shenanigans.

  • So nothing should have been done to that MPD officer until he killed somebody?! The speed limits down there are 70mph, and most people do a few mph faster then the speed limit, say 75+, and that reckless Ahole blew by the other motorists like they were going backwards! He was without question doing well over 100, and weaving in and out of lanes, and he refused to slowdown, let alone stop! He could have killed many people as well as himself! She broke the blue wall of silence & put a stop to it!

  • Great job by this trooper!!! Police are bound by the same law as every other citizen on the streets. Whether it was 120or 90, it was still speeding period.Further, he failed to pull over within a reasonable amount of time after she lit him up.After seeing the video, I believe the trooper DID show courtesy, If it were a private citizen, that driver would have been taken away and car impounded.Again GREAT JOB TROOPER!!!!!

  • FIRST AND FOREMOST - WAS HE ACTUALLY DOING 120mph? I doubt it. Check the video as he passes her -look at the scenery, her car and other cars. The only way he was doing 120 is if she was already going 100mph - because if she was only doing let's say 75mph, then him doing 120 would have been much more of a blurr as he passed her. So, with that said - I see him only going about 90 mph - 90 mph is the norm, especially down in south Florida. Again, she was on an obvious power trip!

  • @mikelwry

So that just leaves the reckless driving and fleeing a police officer. Does it really matter if he was actually doing 120? No excuse for his behavior at all.

  • Total B.S. on the troopers part.

  • @mikelwry

How so? He broke numerous traffic laws then tried to give her the BS that he didn't know she was pulling him over. Glad the Trooper enforced the law regardless of who it was. Only people standing up for the Miami officer must be officers who also abuse power in this manner.

  • I hope u end u in a very shitty situation and let's c if Miami pd respond code tour aid. Dam that's the stupidest decision u have ever made in life. U could have got on ur radio to there Chanel or radioed ur dispatcher to notify his srgt. Or public service u to call him out. Not make a felony traffic stop. God ur fucking stupid.

  • @machboy1 Machboy1 Right on!!!!!!!! You and I are on this stupid bitch like flies on caca! This is the stupidest decision I have ever seen anyone make on a traffic stop PERIOD. This is the most impulsive and irrational stop I have ever seen in my entire life. This is the STUPIDEST COP of all time hands down!!!! How in the hell could she muster up the audacity to make such a stop is beyond me. Look at the F'in precedent she set by doing this!!!

  • U stupid inconsiderate bitch of a state trooper. U fuking side of the road chatter bitch who lets us younger guys do all proactive work while u sit on ur malt ball ass talking and sucking up to the srgt. I'm a deputy sheriff in Bexar county and regardless of we're that officer was going u never pull over an officer on or off duty stupid idiot. U could be on a traffic stop an got hurt and he would have been ur life savor

  • The lesbian trooper went way overboard, over-reacted and was overwhelmed by her emotions. This is clearly evident by her body language on approach as well as the way she screamed at the Miami officer. How she got past the psychological evaluations is bewildering. This lady is too emotional, she's on a power trip and she didn't think about the consequences and repercussions that would attach themselves to this incident. If she treats other cops this way how does she treat the general public?

  • She was driving fast herself for a while whit no emergency lights on..

  • He was wrong but the female cop totally crossed the line. Id be very interested in knowing what officers in her department and also other departments & agencies really think of her now. Would they race to provide mutual aid or back-up for her after seeing this bs? She may have just lost alot of the love, respect & support from other peace officers worldwide... no friends butch o_0

  • Over zealous trooper went way too far by drawing her weapon and pointing it at him point blank! He was wrong for speeding, however she needs to be investigated for her actions after the stop. If this was a felony stop then she should have waited for back up, then draw her weapon if and only if she believed the marked unit was stolen and she feared for her life. Otherwise, she violated LE policy. Then she frisks him...WTF, he's a cop with a gun, wtf was she frisking him for? Is it an automatic r

  • @Almart222 You and I are on the same wavelength. You made some additionally good points. Will she be investigated? Probably not because she's a freakin lesbian and generally-speaking, lesbian officers in public get treated like they're special while behind closed doors they're ridiculed and scoffed. Most lesbians use their sexuality as a defense mechanism or as a means to gain higher status on the department. Any talk whatsoever about their homosexuality means lawsuit and they know it.

  • he was like wtf is this birth doing pulling me over

  • How in the world did this idiot become a police officer for Miami? Don't they do MVD checks periodically?

  • mmm why police women has more action than police men? because they do what the books says step by step. I learned from my College professor : an ex B.S.O retired.

  • @sagcham I don't think I would go judging the value of male and female cops against each other, but especially using just one incident to base it off of. Might want to take a look at the video of the female cop who came extremely close to shooting her partner and a guy they had detained on the ground by an accidental discharge before you go that route.

  • @f350powerstroke How did you aquire this information?

  • @sylviabombs15

He's one of the 3 cops that race their Ford F350 dually trucks every morning up US1 in south Miami thats how

  • @f350powerstroke I see you & your friends every morning racing up US1 in south Miami with your Diesel Dually trucks around 5:00 am & seen when you get pulled over & also seen you flash your badges & get out of a ticket.

  • He was cited for a "misdemeanor moving violation"

    /watch?v=ogG_69jvd2I

  • obviously lowboy is very educated and very intelligent and highly knowledgeable on all things important...Too bad he/she can't spell BUSH, the past President of the USA spells his name BUSH, not Busch like the beer. Keep up the good work oh intelligent one

  • @scaponi1 That was actually fanton commenting in reply to lowboy. Also, he said "you are a moron that does not know nothing" Lol, irony.

  • My second post - A) was he doing 120? I bet not. I bet it was more like 90 - which is pretty typical down in south florida for even civilian cars and drivers B) Let's say she thought it might be a stolen police car - at the point she puts her gun back into her holster is when she realized he was a cop and she was safe - Did she have to arrest him? Hell no, she didn't. C) had that car been full with 5 large true perps, would she have attempted to stop it? Nope. FHP sucks as always!!

  • Pulling your gun on a uniformed police officer for a traffic violation is an act of lunacy. And the GPS in the city car will show his speed. And if he didn't go 120 MPH as she has stated, the liar needs to be fired. Why fired? once your caught lying as a police officer, your testimony without another officer present, is forever useless in court. So why keep her on the job? They ride alone, so all her arrest will be alone. Reading about the incident. two words come to mind every time, BAKER ACT.

  • actually she disarmed a uniformed officer, that in itself is AGAINST the law. And yes she is a lesbian racist dumb southerner.

  • Can you show me where I can find the law that backs up that ridiculous claim? He was breaking the law, she disarmed him and took him in.

  • @scout14j not your librarian, do your homework. it is against the law to disarm a uniformed officer especially for a TRAFFIC citation. That just makes it ridiculous

  • @7858gil Nope, you're not my librarian. You're also wrong in your claim that she violated any law in disarming him. Do you think it would really say: "Especially for traffic citations"?

  • that trooper is a picture perfect dumb bitch. I hope that one day she finds herself screaming on the radio for backup while a 300 pound gorilla is beating her weak ass and nobody shows up. or even better, all the LOCAL police officers that do respond make sure to obey all traffic laws especially posted speed signs. And for all of you morons that dont know shit about police work, youre all quick to talk shit about a cop speeding but you never talk shit when we're speeding to your house to save YOU

  • @7858gil Amen!!! I'm with you 7858gil!!!

  • Typical FHP - typical southern state trooper bull crap -- who the hell do they think backs them up when they are getting f'd up on the highway? the local cops. This trooper needs to go back to the academy and gain some common sense skills. This was pure power trip - when she was at his car door, she 100% knew he was a cop, from his lingo and uniform - she wanted to play white cop vs spanish cop - trooper vs miami pd - Power trip. FHP needs an attitude adjustment, from other real cops.

  • @mikelwry1 You got it brother! That's what I'm talking about on all my postings!!!! This was a pure power trip on this lesbian!

  • @mikelwry1 You can say Lesbian, Racist, Dumb Southerner...Doesn't matter. Only one of them was breaking the law in half and endangering others without any valid reason. It wasn't the one that probably had a fem-mullet.

  • Pig got what he deserved. proud of that FHP trooper, Keep up the good work.

  • A stolen police car goes on the wire immediately; I mean instantaneously! Within about one minute every LE agency in the entire State of Florida would have known about a stolen Miami police car. I don't buy that excuse at all. This was a poor choice that this lesbian trooper made period. She took it upon herself to be judge, jury and executioner at that juncture and subsequently made an impulsive decision to stop this officer. He was on-duty heading to an official assignment!!!

  • @fxyeti That guy had absolutely no reason to be going 120mph. Being late for an off duty assignment is not valid reason to break the law to get there. If he had a valid reason, he wouldn't have stopped. This was more than a poor choice by that guy. It was dangerous...and it shows very poor integrity. It's called abuse of power, and it gives cops doing the right thing a bad reputation. She did a good thing. Piss poor planning on his part does not constitute an emergency for anyone else.

  • @scout14j He certainly had a valid reason he was on his way to an official assignment. Cops in marked units are never off-duty. How many times has a cop zipped past you doing over 100? Many times; and it's not your place or any other cop's place to ask why because that officer has a job to do. Part of the job description is high speed driving, exceeded the posted limit, they have 100s of hours of high speed driving training. There was no danger and traffic was light.

  • @fxyeti Bullcrap...that "it's not your place to ask questions" mess is for fools. He says himself that he was going to an off duty job, a side job cops are allowed to do in uniform to earn extra money. This can be anything from security at super markets on up. It is NOT official business. You seem to think if a cop is late for work because he overslept, there should be no issue with the cop doing 120 in order to make it there on time. It don't work that way and he got busted for being a jackass.

  • @scout14j First off; don't believe everything you hear, secondly did you actually see a read-out of the guy's speed? I didn't if you did let me know. For your clarification an officer is never off-duty when in a marked unit and in uniform. The point that I've been emphasizing is not that he was speeding; I agree that he appears to speed, it's the manner in which the speeding was brought to his attention. You're obviously not a cop otherwise you'd know the un-written rules that bond officers.

  • @fxyeti I don't need clarification. What am I not supposed to believe, his stated reason for speeding? Going to a side job, driving home after work in your marked car..You are off duty. You can be called back and are expected to respond if needed, but you are off duty. This guy was going to an OFF DUTY job, and speeding because he was late. He was not called back in, it was not department business, it was off duty. Trying to paint it as anything but wrong is just trying to cover somebodies ass.

  • @fxyeti What happened to the unwritten rule of having some integrity? Is it just a word to you? If the guy wants to fight the charge, it's all on video. Shouldn't be hard for him to beat it if he wasn't in the wrong. Maybe Miami PD should start policing up their problem guys before FHP has to. As far as being off duty, for arguments sake...Even if he was currently on shift, if he didn't have a reason to be doing 120 or speed, he wouldn't be authorized to do so.

  • I agree with stevelondon. It couldve been a stolen police car. You people that are saying that he shouldnt have been stopped need to readjust your view on this. Here in Austin we had a policeman doing 90 mph past a funeral convoy. Fellow police officers promptly reported him and they couldnt chase him since the safety of the convoy was important too. His badge was on the desk in the morning. If that cop would have killed children that female officer wouldve had to live with it. 120MPH.

  • I'm not taking no one's side but all I have to say is that ALL cops are like brothers and sisters & they tell them in the academy and they have each others back now we know FHP doesn't have City Of Miami's back.

  • Are you kidding me. There is a "FIVE" minute span where she is chasing without any lights. She is endangering the motorist around her just as much as the officer. If you are going to take action, then you should take action on both officer's. Do not judge one and ignore the other, because that is not justice. This is just another traffic stop even if it is another officer, further everyone knows Miami PD and FHP do not play well. So stop every FHP that does not signal for a turn.

  • @cpeny her lights come on at 0:52.

  • fuckin FHP are str9 losrs. this chick needs to be fired or sent up north. south florida is full of degenrate scumbags and the only person she could find to pull over was a cop speeding to work? fuckin loser!!!!!!!!!!

  • We're all rushing and can be late to work sometime. Just because you're a cop doesn't mean you get to fly to work breaking the law.

  • This Trooper is a real piece of shit. Locking up another cop in uniform mind you. This is like a scene from the movie super troopers.

  • She did the right thing. For all she knew it could have been a stolen cop car, some cop having a breakdown, or even a cop in some kind of trouble. The law is the law. Well done, officer.

  • This cop is a total piece of s#$@t. How dare him endanger everyone's life on the freeway. The only thing wrong with this story is that he should have been charged with felony fleeing and should be sitting in a cell right now. I called MPD and of course, rather than take responsibility and fire this loser cop, they're circling the wagons.

  • Even with their lights on police aren't supposed to go over 20 mph over the speed limit. If anyone else had done this there would have been a list of charges, not just one little ticket. Fuck that guy

  • @fxyeti professional courtesy would have been him pulling over for her and not endangering everyone on the roads life. He was not on duty. Its refreshing to see someone who doesn't look the other way when cops abuse their power.

  • Gretschizilla - The Miami officer was working an extra-duty assignment for extra pay that's why he was in uniform and in a marked police car. California departments do the same thing. Stores, car dealerships etc often hire the police to work these assignments, they pay the city and the city in turn adds the pay to the officer's paychecks.

  • @fxyeti Question for you. Where can California police officers work off-duty in their police uniforms and drive city cars to the location? What locations? and which agencies permit this?

  • @fxyeti this was a Miami dade cop in Hollywood. He was not in his jurisdiction so how do you justify that?

  • @kyle112388 Kyle it doesn't matter if a unit from one jurisdiction crosses into an adjoining jurisdiction. As long as he doesn't cross state lines he is a certified officer anywhere in the state with full arrest authority. The Miami officer was on his way to an official assignment when he was pulled over by that idiotic lady. That's the point I'm trying to get everyone to understand.

  • @fxyeti

Police officers in various states are allowed to take certain "off normal duty" contract jobs with full support from their Dept. The problem here is that even IF he was on active duty, IF you are going to do 120+ MPH you better have your emergency lights on and have a damn good excuse. Being late is not one of them. He should have called his watch commander and informed them he was going to be late.

The trooper acted in accordance with procedure.

  • @ohnodevo Did you know that lots of police driving is done without emergency lights? Policy protects the officers by allowing them the discretion to drive prudently with or without emergency lights and audibles. This officer was driving fast I'll admit that. Whether he was actually doing 120 is another question. We're being told this but none of know for sure if he was or wasn't we're third parties to this stop. He looked safe on the video so he should've been given the benefit of the doubt

  • @fxyeti

Each department has their own guidelines of driving with excessive speed. City of Miami has theirs, which brings another issue here: he was not in the city of Miami (the part of the turnpike he was on is known as the homestead extension - way west of Miami.) Even though he has full authority across the State as a police officer, he still has to act within the guidelines of the City of Miami police charter.

  • @ohnodevo To be fair, I will admit most people I know drive 80-90MPH on the Turnpike anyways (I take the 5th.) The running joke is FHP should not give tickets; they should give frequent flyer miles. :-)

  • TejanoChris, I said the same thing earlier. You and I think the same because that's what's called professional courtesy. I said yesterday when this video was posted that she should've noted the car number and made an internal report. For her to do what she did was totally outside of her authority. She reacted impulsively without forethought and caused a major scandal not to mention the bad precedent that she set. She is a stupid stupid DIKE who wishes she had a set of balls!!

  • The point is that this Miami officer was on-duty functioning in an official capacity and this idiot lady trooper gets offended by him passing her in the slow lane. She's the type of cop that drives below the speed limit in the fast lane just to see who has the guts to pass her. She's got a huge chip on her shoulder and is a dangerous member of LE. She needs to find another job in the public sector where she is the boss and she calls all of the shots. She's an embarassment to the LE community!

  • This DIKE disrupted the norm. People are use to cops passing at high speeds; responding to emergencies and getting there fast. What is NOT THE NORM is cops policing other cops in public. That's what this stupid DIKE didn't think about. This opens up a can of worms of grand proportion. The public may begin to expect that cops need to stop other cops for speeding and what else? Accepting a free cup of coffee at a 7-11?? Where might this police policing the police take us?

  • lock his punk ass up.

  • She is fucked if she ever is in trouble in the City Of Miami...

You will hear lots of flat tires on Police Cars and no starts...

  • haha power tripping fools

  • She did the right thing

  • @artansaliu Yes she did because when you show favortism you start misleading good people into a life of corruption.

I know lots of good cops & went to high school with some & the ones that do get to retire with a full pension are the ones that live by the book.

  • Am I the only person who is dumbfounded by where they pulled over??????

  • Isn't it possible she thought someone stole that police car? Either way, I wouldn't want to be her now.

  • @OneHamDay city cops drive like that all the time on the highways. City of Miami is the lowest paying police job in all of dade county The most corrupt is Miami beach. He was in a different county when he got pulled over also he's lucky she didn't arrest hime for having a fire arm on him in a different county SO HE was lucky.

Cops that live in different jurisdiction are supposed to lock up their fire arms until they are at work. I know fire arm laws in the state of florida but this isnt inforced

  • @lowboy03 unless they have a florida concealed weapons permit

  • @OneHamDay yes it's possible but he should have pulled over from the get go & not 12 miles after.

  • @lowboy03 Obviously you are a moron that does not know nothing about fire arms laws for police officers. You are confusing security guns laws with cops... Cops are certified by the State of Florida therefore, they are permitted to carry a weapon in the entire State of Florida. Furthermore, they are permitted to carry a weapon int he entire United States under a Bill signed by Busch when he was a President. You should do your home work before you start posting stupid comments.

  • @fanton305 Really sorry to be a moron but please do share with the rest of us "mis-informed" people what the Bill number is?

  • @lowboy03

HR 218 Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act, is a federal law that allows police officers and retired officers to carry their gun anywhere in the United States except a few places.

HR 218 does not exempt you on: Aircraft Federal buildings Federal property National Parks

  • @lowboy03

HR 218 The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act

Its a is a federal law that allows police officers and retired officers to carry their gun anywhere in the United States except a few places, as long as they have there credentials on them.

This law exempts officers from state and local laws concerning concealed carry but not Federal laws. HR 218 does not exempt you on: Aircraft Federal buildings Federal property National Parks

  • @lowboy03 It is called the Law Enforcement Officer Act and it reads as follows.....The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) is a United States federal law, enacted in 2004, that allows two classes of persons—the "qualified law enforcement officer" and the "qualified retired law enforcement officer" -- to carry a concealed firearm in any jurisdiction in the United States, regardless of any state or local law to the contrary, with certain exceptions.

You can to wikipedia & read it
