Richie, This is Danielle your old neighbor...I give you a thumbs up for putting this video up because something has to be done! When I lived in that building my whole window frame was so rotted it all fell out and that was in my kids bedroom! And I had no screens also! Something needs to be done to get these people to smarten up and do their job right! I applaud you for putting this up and its too bad that something bad had to happen to Baby Jane for them to open their eyes! Thumbs up to you!
