I actually thought the brothers solomon was a funny film. People never get that kind of cringe, 'intentionally corny' humor, like the brady bunch movies.
The Wedding Planner would have been better if the premise was having JLo planning the wedding of an old flame, or that of a wedding where one of the groomsmen fell for her.
I love the avant garde drama line near the end of the clip show is hilarious. It makes me think of more unfunny comedies that could be considered avant garde dramas.
@nikosvault ha, you have proven your a faggot in 2 ways now. Fuck you, if you don't like the original comment i put then fucking deal with it and don't reply you cunt.
"This is the most downbeat children's movie since Return to Oz, which began you may remember, with Dorothy being strapped down for electro shock therapy. What a wonderful entertaining way for kids to go to the movies", makes me laugh to tears every single time I hear him say that. Ebert is the greatest
Man, who gave Aisha Tyler airtime? She wasn't funny on talk soup, she wasn't funny on Friends and her opinions on films are meaningless. Yet she's still less annoying than Roeper.
no shit, everyones got a name dumbass, but guess what dumb-ass i don't know what it is, so i'll call her whatever the fuck i want. Don't like it? Tough! Stick it in your fucking pipe and fucking smoke it.
The Brothers Solomon was pretty bad, so bad in fact that on the blog DVD PodBLAST, where they make fun of movies while they are watching the movie, they turned it off half way through because it was so bad., I really expected more from Arnett and even Forte and Wiig
I'm surprised Ebert called out An American Tail for its depressing subject matter, and yet gave a positive review to The Secret of NIMH which is about 100 times more frightening for kids.
Not to mention the fact that he wrote a "great movie essay" about grave of the fireflies which is one of the most depressing movies ever made. Though animated, I guess that one wasn't really for kids anyway.
1:08 I agree a lot! I hate when pixar and whatever has an ensemble cast and lots of celebrity cameos in an animated film....and they tell you before hand, completely ruining the cartoon. stupid, stupid!
Its the first movie with GC music instead of N64! I recognized every game so far, including legend of the mystical ninja starring Goemon. This one is Super mario Sunshine!
Hey, I'm glad you used my "Wedding planner" suggestion!
