  • Where can I buy HQ version of this?

  • what do they do now?...

  • @JamesBirdCHANNEL13

Ivan has a band called 29fingers they have an album on itunes 29fingers (feat. Ivan McCormick). Neil is a music journalist and has a band too called The Ghost Who Walks, also available on itunes.

  • I think you should make a new Album....U wont lose anything... If this you make it and earn huge amount of cash thanks to my idea feel free to mail me copy of ur cd.. xD

  • like this song and Neil has a good voice but strangely looks like rupert everett in this video

  • too much synths for me lol proper 80s stuff

  • Im ashamed to admit it took a movie to even hear of you guys, but I am glad I did, you guys had a unique sound, you coulda gone far

  • great song ace movie!!!!

  • 'Can't be Alone'??

  • this is amazing! very 'Bobby Orlando'. loved for a long, long time! just watched 'Killing Bono' what is the song when you first go on stage after getting Gloria? I LOVE IT!!!!

  • I think this song is great and personifies the very essence of the '80's pop that just made you drive around with the windows down and smile...life isn't so bad when your listening to great music...I'd love to see Shook Up! in concert.

  • I think that your time has come. Please do a show in France!!

  • Duran Duran anyone?

  • I'm so glad I saw Killing Bono yesterday, love your music! And loved the film, haha, it was brilliant

  • i wouldnt have come here if it wasnt 4 da movie killing bono ,,,, but u guys rule

  • Pour quand la tournée en France?

  • I can hear a bit of Simple Minds, Tears for Fears and Depeche Mode on this track. Good song.

  • Yes, sounds more like guitar pop/synthpop of '80's

  • Thanks everyone for your comments on our old video here...I agree with what's been said below, we were never anything like U2 really, much more pop '80's style. TFF, Wham!, Level 42 were more what we were into. Still love U2 though..they rocked Glastonbury this w/e.

  • @ivanmccormick1 Loved the movie :)

  • Loving the bassline in the chorus! You guys rule

  • MMmmhh... Neil said it was the 10% difference with U2 and they, but honestly I don't see much similarity between both. And They weren't bad, but their style wasn't the same.

  • TEARS FOR FEARS ?????? MMMMMM NOT U2

  • so did the book change title as well? just wondering, good song btw :)

  • Good song. A bit dated now, but as good as anything else that was released around the same time. Love the book Neil. Can't wait for the movie!

    Keep on keeping on.

  • this isnt as corny as I thought

  • Thanks for posting! I had never heard the band before. Reading Killing Bono, I sensed the sound/style was along the lines of Depeche Mode. I see I was somewhat on the right tract.

  • Yo! Neil`s wearing my fringe jacket! Thanks for posting!

  • Having read (and loved) Killing Bono, this is the first I have heard Shook Up. Ok, so the video is seriously 1987. Actually, feels more like 1981. But the sound is far more than I expected. You guys really were ripped off by all those record company bozos. And sadly, U2 missed the boat when they voted you out from their record deal.

I am waiting for a US distribution of the movie and my CD soundtrack is pre-ordered. For whatever it is worth, I am a fan!

  • So I guess Neil still hasn't found that invisible girl...

    :)
