a fast way to pass this part is killing yourself down on the water and then you take the revival pill :) so you won't waste time avoiding those sorrow bolts!

@villafane12 i think you get the sorrows camo if you go all the way. not sure though. the camo is really useful if you're trying to be stealthy since it gives you an automatic 80% stealth rating...i may be wrong <_< havent played this game in YEARS

@villafane12 When I saw that they even had every fish and bird that I killed, I thought that was insane. You'd see the spirit of the guy that I killed, and then you'd see the spirit of the dead vulture that I killed feeding on the spirit of the soldiers head. And different soldiers always said different things like "My neck, I think my heads gonna fall off(If you slit there throat).", sometimes you'd see them holding there groin area, and some were on fire. Interesting level..

They are. For metal gear's anniversary, they are releasing a game that comes with mgs 2, mgs3, and mgs peace walker on one disc for xbox 360 and ps3. Unfortunately the graphics are going to be unaltered so peace walker apparently looks really pixalated. you could check it out on ign because it was announced at E3 this year.

I figured out that I was supposed to use the revival pill, but it wouldn't even work the first few times. I'd try to open up the menu to disable the effects, but it wouldn't let me for the longest time and I just had to die. Weird o_O

if you want the sorrow's camo walk to the end of the river and use the revial pill. Sorrow's camo gives you silent footsteps, use that with the infinty face paint and the stealth camo and you could wlak through the game

Why dont some of the ghosts hurt you? Cuz i havent reached there yet, i started recently to play mgs3 and i just beaten the fury..... non-lethaly.... the pain was the only one i killed with firearms....

@envagelium not some all!!! Their sucking the life out of you. REMEMBER: The more enemys you kill the longer the the walk. if you kill 7 enemys then it will very short 100 it will be long. DONT forget to take your REVIVAL PILL. TIP: When you play the game over save every chance you get if you get no ALERTS you get a device that gives you 100% camo. You will have to save alot if you get an ALERT you will have to start from you last check point. Animals count bosses dont.

Well this will be a looong walk... and for that camo i could get the 64 e.e. frogs.... i consider it to be less difficult and time wastefull xD

well for the ALERTS the point is not to be caught you can kill as many as you want but like i said if you do get a ALERT then you will have start at the last save point.

ANYWAY you can use your weapons during the walk they wont do anything, the Traq gun can temperarly paralize the ghosts. good luck

I remember this damn river. I killed hundreds of guys just for fun. I used to go back to spots I had been before just to test weapons on them. This river took me almost a half hour
