  • Sony bought over Minolta which had been innovator to lots of technology which formed the basic of DSLR today even Nikon and Canon is using. My dad was a user of Minolta and it's quality is superb even by today's standard. It's not surprising Sony bought over this characteristic as well.

  • The translucent mirror only allows a portion of the light to get to the sensor, so does that mean its not so good for night photography when light is a scarcity?

  • I started using a100, then a290 and a300, then upgraded to a700. But the SLT technology I got 2 days ago is simply amazing.
