Are those Snowwolf's characters? Yeah, he gives his characters devastatingly good AI and really powerful (and spammable) attacks. All his Godzilla (and other giant monster) characters are that way, as are his recent Lucifeller EX and Yagumo EX (both from Kabuki Klash) releases. Worse, they each have one palette that slowly refills health and power (you can tell because the character glows). At least they flinch, though.

It's good to see you how diverse your attacks are. a grapple, 3 hits, then you throw.

So not spam at all. but yeah They are so spammy considering they do more than 2 moves.

That was really the only way to hit them. You let them have one chance to attack, the fight can be over before you know it. I didn't wanna give them any breathing room because all of their super attacks are one-hit knockouts.

I guess I'm just irked, because I wanted to see how they fought before being demolished, A sort of rise to the challenge style, you know, the kind of cliche you see in movies. What I got was mario humping megaman bosses. I don't get upset at people online, as its pointless, but I just wanted to see what justified the spam, and since I didn't, It kind of made the whole ordeal pointless in my opinion.

Dude! What IS that nonsense with Magma Dragoon?! Even in Rockman X4, he couldn't just throw Hadokens every .33 seconds... Then again, whomever made this mess probably wasn't interested in authenticity. >_>; Find a copy of General. He's at least SOMEWHAT authentic. Also, Gutsman is good. Met, no so much due to the fact he has a Level 3 unblockable. But it's a cute character to muck about with.
