yea me too, I dont like the changes. Its too easy to do cheap throws especially with balrog and blanka. They have given the throw too much piority, too many cheap players online doing nothing but light punch throw..jump light punch throw. A half is 180 degrees, 270-360 degrees is needed to do the 360/SPD/Cyclone in the older versions.

So instead of doing a full 360 rotation you can do a HCB (half circle back) then go to up + punch to get 360/SPD/Cyclone. Not simply a HCB/HCF + punch. However in HDRemix you can do it with just HCB/HCF + punch.
