@phoebepbean I tried to not tie my hair up when I was doing gymnastics and my coach pulled me aside and told me to go in a corner and think about the dangers that couldve happened. And she tied it up! =/
@undead9996 Dont swing with arms, learn standing without an arm swing. It makes it easier to connect tumbling later on when the arms should stay behind the ears.
