I eat A LOT of veggies and try not to eat too many carbs..I never drink soda and I water down my juice no matter what even at restaurants, & I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE to eat salad! I also take lots of vitamins. I do workout as well but I'm not losing weight at the moment although I want to lose some inches...
