@riftgeek25 To be honest, I wouldn't know. You can look up some benchmarks for the 4650, but it's an old card. Rift is somewhat a demanding game, but you can get away with something a little more modern like a 5770 or 5750 should fit your needs.

Got the card today, it works well for what it is. I can run HL2 full specs, and Fallout 3 and Dead Space are running well at med/high with no AA or AF.

Since I have a slim case and a mobo that doesnt support pcie2.1 it was the best I could do.

At pc's i've played Redline(1999), Quake 2(1999),Quake3, Unreal Tournament,Medal of Honor, Unreal Tournament Deus Ex,Vice Sity and many many other games to the end. It looks choppy due to Fraps which will always lower your fps. I have done Crysis with the 4650, 3870 and 4890.

Yes the E8400 is a Core 2 Duo and at the time, I overclocked it to 3.82ghz I believe. I would recommend 450 watts or more.

Actually the ATI 4650 uses very little power, it doesn't need any more power than what your pci-e slot will give it.

Depending on your set up (amount of HDDs CDs/DVDs and your mobo CPU) you could probably barely get away with 250 W, if you're power supply really IS 250 W (some PSU's lie about their performance).
