Please explain your problem about my dance.

This is very emotional Jewish pray dance . Some of them use also for show before the "King and Queen" of the day,i.e the bride and her man ,or before the holly Torah.

playing football or basketball is better ,this is also very wird and cray : run after the ball and then throw him or kik it to some hole or somthing else ,shouting ,pushing other man. This must be play of very crazy men on very strong drugs ....
