i am white and was harrassed by a black coworker constantly. i just ignored it and didnt report it. eventually i was the one who go fired for some timecard technicality. so the victim got fired and they kept the bully because he was black and they had to maintain some kind of employment quota.

also i have heard of a lot of places in which the women only tolerate subservient male coworkers, so if a man has some self respect and doesnt want to kiss womens' asses then they set him up.
