Can you put in any brand drive into a xbox as long as you switch the pcb board, does anyone know, it would be much appreciated.

NO YOU CANNOT. Don't even try it. The pcb is different in each different brand. I was thinking about doing it until I figured out that the pcb's were different.

Don't you have a soldering kit? use the tweezers that come with it to hold the weirs in place better.
