I'm glad to see that he likes glee! He made a great point. The reason why glee is so accepted is because glee is reflecting ourselves and society. Glee forms deep connections and understanding with all of the odd balls out there (including me) and gives us hope and inspiration. Glee is amazing! And I wish record companies, and the world, would see that being different is not so bad and take a lesson from a wonderful show like glee. : )

I actually agree with Simon for once! There should not be age, weight, or any other barriers. There are people that have talent that aren't young or old enough for the other shows. Or that don't have the "typical" star looks but have enormous talent. Who cares what they look like when you listen to them on the radio or a CD?

This is someone true. Generally someone with the "x Factor " will have the full package. Good looks, great voice, sex appeal as they don't just want a singer they want an entertainer, model everything but i think these competitions give so much opportunities.

There's been many gay winners, "fat winners", people who are "crazy" like Susan boyle, but these shows dont allow any bias or judgemental views and allow these unique but talented individuals succeed with their talent. Such a great warmidea
