I doubt that the back basket would be accessible when the stroller would be reclined.

Great question, yes you can still access it. The frame around the basket is flexible on the top so you can lower the top part and fit anything you need into the basket. Very cool design for the basket and it's a great size.

can you still access the basket if the back seat is fully reclined?
