House flippers should be stopped. They're ruining housing markets by over pricing them rapidly and they have no respect for neighbourhoods or any interest in the future of the neighbourhood. He's now taken to harassing my family just because we don't hide the fact that we hate him. There's a special place in hell reserved for him...

I hate realtor neighbors. I had one who never cut their grass. They couldn't sell so they cut back on house maintinance like landscaping. Of course when they did bring someone there for a viewing the house looked like crap. Million dollarhouse and the lawn is 3feet high.
How much does it cost to fill a tank on a push mower? 2 bucks? Of course the city came and cut it but they just a half ass job.

I had an experience with a neighbor who had a car leaking oil. They would park it front of my home leaving an oil slick and their spot was clean. I finally parked my car in their clean spot and left it there 3 months. they never did it again. Keep recording evidence and take them to court!
The guy next door is a jackass...I have neighbors like this behind me but worse...look at my video, you will feel sorry for me...I'm building a new home out in the woods to get away from people like this..like I said use the long rebarb poles around youe property..hide them with plants...

Have you considered parking one of your vehicles in the area the workers like to use? This will force them to tread over the owner's property instead of yours. Put up a small fence to further block trespass on your property. Make it much more difficult for them to manuever through your landscaping instead of using tape.

a simple way to stop them is barb wire and steel post. Work fast and easy.. I would park my car in the way and file a noise complaint as well..
