    When I get multiple codes like that I wonder if my partial knowledge should be telling me that there is a common cause. But I guess the simpler explanation that it's multiple failing sensors is more likely.

    You can get a set of security torx bits from Princess Auto for just a few bucks.

  • @spelunkerd Yeah...the MAP sensor has been out for over 6 months but since it wasn't really effecting the performance of the car for what we use it for, I kinda just let it slide. Obviously when the car lost the MAF, then things went to hell as the PCM does need some amount of feedback to run the car correctly. Two failing sensors seems bad but time will tell if there is something else lurking and these are just a symptom.

  • i have normal idle now. but the iac is easy too its right on the side of throtle body.

  • @guitarfailer2009 Did you have any idle problems after the sensor switch? My idle is getting a bit all over the place, thinking I may have to clean the IAC.
