  • You're right MrGrimey, that recipe does have too much sugar, at least for my liking. I follow this recipe, which also tastes fantastic and has way less sugar: Makes 1 1/2 servings 3 cups spinach 1/2 banana 2 cups ice 2 tbsp of 100% natural peanut butter or almond butter 1 scoop of high quality vanilla ISO protein powder (sweetened with stevia) 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (preferably homemade) Enjoy!
  • We do not have a blandtec or vitamix. We have been eating fruit and nuts for breakfast and a grain. Lunch is normally all greens, Collards, Aspargus, Artichoke with humus and a grain. Supper is either fruit with beans or Greens with humus. We get full on this! Feel Great. We are both loosing weight slowly. We are surprised you can eat like this and have energy. Never dreamed just Greens and humus would fill you up and provide energy but it does. Hardly any calories.

  • whack its full of sugar

  • I also love to add flax to my green smoothies. Yum!

  • Its Great I am gonna try it now!

  • I'm on kind of a special diet right now and need to find a way to get more fruits and veggies into my diet. This looks like a great option and sounds good. Thanks!
