The rep. told on the administration here. The purpose of an amendment is to add to a bill that has already been drafted. Now if this health care bill was all encompassing, then the handicap, elderly, and disable should have been acknowledged in it. Therefore it would be no need for an amendment. That admission from the rep. only affirms what those with a working brain already know, this healthcare bill is NOT all-encompassing. It is Hitler's Germany all over again and blatant eugenics.

However, contrary to your understanding "the means of production" entails factories, machines and other tangible items. It certainly does not include labor.
