I don't think they are subbed. The subbers doing this are kind of slower paced. Viz actually licensed this series but has absolutely no plans to release it in america which makes me really mad because it's like whats the point of spending money to hold an anime so that other companies can't get it if you won't release it. I really wish they would though just because I think it'd be alot faster then the current subbers and more accurate if they work hard on it.
