The match is not amazing but I absolutely agree with everything Lita says at the end. We know it's a script, but that script is so very right. A lot of people say it was Chyna who changed women's wrestling. It is true however that neither one of them would've been a successful as they were without each other. So they made each others career what it was, and Lita and Trish Stratus are indeed the best there was and will ever be.

First off, being in the first Diva's Steel Cage match is an accomplishment, but she didn't win and the match in it of itself wasnt all that good. She had amazing charisma, was an above average wrestler, and played a good heel. Lita botched alot of her high flying moves.

The problem is that most of them are good in the ring and at the mic, but aren't as charismatic as the old superstars. Edge got better and better, tho. He's one of the few that can be a true spiritual heir for the Legends IMO. Cena isn't bad, but he has been too overhyped by the company, ruining his link with the fans.

Why do you think that became a story line? People in the crowds chanting "you screwed Matt" got Matt Hardy his job back. And it snow balled from there. Now people want to sing a different tune. No. Lita was screwed royally... by the fans.

Michelle McCool she's good in the ring but most of the fans don't care about her but she's pushed by wwe because of her relationship not the fan's interest. The chants of "you screwed matt" didn't come from the real life love triangle but from her keyfabe costing him is job.

@appleman58 I can't get behind the "backstage politics" idea because unless we're there, we don't know what's true or false. Michelle McCool has a lot of fans, or people who love to hate her. I'm one of them. She gets a strong crowd reaction whenever she appears on screen or in ring. I'm sure that counts for something. And yes the chants did come from real life. When they broke up he posted a video detailing the break up to Youtube. After which he was fired IRL and people started the chant.

The match is not amazing but I absolutely agree with everything Lita says at the end. We know it's a script, but that script is so very right. A lot of people say it was Chyna who changed women's wrestling. I LOVE Chyna but she was an anomoly in that she was female but she wasn't really a part of the female division until later on, more near to when she left. She wrestled the men more often than not and she was a lot bigger than most women. Lita was a normal woman who DID change it for the girls

Without the likes of Lita , Victoria , Molly Holly Ivory etc there would be no Trish. When Trish first started she was awful in the ring , the others all had a wrestling background. They all helped Trish improve and become watchable in the ring.

Lita can't say that without her there would be no Trish, since Trish started training in 1999 and debuted little after Lita did. It is true however that neither one of them would've been a successful as they were without each other. So they made each others career what it was, and Lita and Trish Stratus are indeed the best there was and will ever be.

lmfao that is so mark like its not even funny. Trish Stratus was just as good as Lita if not better. First off, being in the first Diva's Steel Cage match is an accomplishment, but she didn't win and the match in it of itself wasnt all that good. Though it is true without Lita there wouldn't be a Trish, but without Trish, there would be no Lita. Trish is far from shit. She had amazing charisma, was an above average wrestler, and played a good heel. Lita botched alot of her high flying moves.

Lita is soooo right on what she said. I've been watching WWF/WWE for years since the late 90's and before lita came I didn't see women jumping off of ropes and doing moonsalts and hurricanronas. Lita is the reason that women are doing that now. to this day none of the divas can do a moonsalt or hurricanrona like lita, not even TRISH STRATUS!!

i agree with ASSyrianNation1. ever since i saw Lita wrestle, i was under a spell. and now i hate the fact that she never come back as a guest host on raw. Lita deserves better than that. I dont hate trish stratus, but i thought it was SOOOOOOO unfair that she got the best retirement ive ever seen. And Lita loses, and gets her stuff sold by Cryme Tyme to the fans. Well, there are still 'Taker, HHH, Big Show and HBK left.
And some of the new guys are good.
The problem is that most of them are good in the ring and at the mic, but aren't as charismatic as the old superstars. Edge got better and better, tho. He's one of the few that can be a true spiritual heir for the Legends IMO. Cena isn't bad, but he has been too overhyped by the company, ruining his link with the fans.
