Its interesting how different this report is compared to the report from the israelis. On their videos you see how people from the ship attack the israeli forces with iron bars and throw one soldier of board.
I am also not sure about the "International waters"-argument. If the intention to break the blockade is clear, i dont think that still being in international waters is a valid argument.

Note that a vessel was just boarded in International waters by Israel. The vessel followed orders and was diverted to Ashod. Aid will be delivered over land and no one was injured.
