  • @f898ct Nah. You Japanese people are the real creators.

  • Nice at 2:26 !

  • Aspect Ratio is a bit dodgy!

  • Wow five storey porta-cabin almost look permanent office blocks at 0.24 as the HST pulls out of station

  • Do the blue and yellow signs delineate blocks on this line?

  • @ccolimon The triangle things - yes they do - they are called repères and mark blocks for the TVM

  • kings cross best ever

  • Seems odd to see French signals in the Kent suburbs.

Don't SouthEastern have a boring livery, though. Looks like they painted them in undercoat & then couldn't decide what else to paint them, so they didn't bother.

  • @AndreiTupolev Except the finish is glossy - undercoat is rough!

  • Don't the eurostars sound fantastic! A real electric symphony. I've never really liked the look of them in the euro livery though. The GNER scheme some of them wore a while back really suited them I think.

I'm shocked how close the live rail gets to where the people cross on that crossing at 5:00 though!

  • 1. Funny how the Javs always look cleaner and shinier than the Stars.

    2. Do they really have a bloke playing a two note bagpipe at Ashford? Ah bless...

  • Great video, well filmed.

  • The Javelin at Ebbsfleet is using its front pantograph. Why do they normally use the back one?

  • So that if there the pan collapses, it doesn't smash back into the other one, tangling up in it and immobilising the whole train. If the rear one is in use and it breaks, the train can still haul itself out of trouble using the front one :o)

  • No problems at all, and if you exercise due regard to your safety and not gettin in anybody's way I am sure you will have none either. It was a quiet Sunday morning when this was filmed, kept well within the platform markings and had no trouble whatsoever!

  • i will get a ride when they run outta Canterbury i think

  • hey my neck of the woods

still havent had the chance to travel on a Javelin yet

  • I saw 375614 at Bearsted doing the 08:30 to Canterbury West on 22-10-09

  • And a 375 is interesting why...?

  • Probably for the same reason that the CEP/VEP/CIG stock was only seen as some to be interesting untli such a time as it became soon to be extinct when every enthusiast was keen on them!

  • I travelled on 375601 a while a go!

  • Great Vid 10/10
