I am a Japanese. All Japanese are has continued respect and gratitude to the UK. My country is All good things learned from the British civilization. Railway, navy, democracy and a strong sense of duty, allegiance fidelity. The real creator of the safety and accuracy of the bullet train is the UK.
Seems odd to see French signals in the Kent suburbs.
Don't SouthEastern have a boring livery, though. Looks like they painted them in undercoat & then couldn't decide what else to paint them, so they didn't bother.
Don't the eurostars sound fantastic! A real electric symphony. I've never really liked the look of them in the euro livery though. The GNER scheme some of them wore a while back really suited them I think.
I'm shocked how close the live rail gets to where the people cross on that crossing at 5:00 though!
So that if there the pan collapses, it doesn't smash back into the other one, tangling up in it and immobilising the whole train. If the rear one is in use and it breaks, the train can still haul itself out of trouble using the front one :o)
No problems at all, and if you exercise due regard to your safety and not gettin in anybody's way I am sure you will have none either. It was a quiet Sunday morning when this was filmed, kept well within the platform markings and had no trouble whatsoever!
Probably for the same reason that the CEP/VEP/CIG stock was only seen as some to be interesting untli such a time as it became soon to be extinct when every enthusiast was keen on them!
@f898ct Nah. You Japanese people are the real creators.

1. Funny how the Javs always look cleaner and shinier than the Stars.
2. Do they really have a bloke playing a two note bagpipe at Ashford? Ah bless...

The Javelin at Ebbsfleet is using its front pantograph. Why do they normally use the back one?
