Yeah! Thanks for speaking out. As a Blount Co. resident, I have been in hopes this would not take place. I think the overall bigger plan is, if they can get 140 out to 321 in Wears Valley area enventually, we might have nascar to deal with out there. I have heard the nascar family purchased quiet a lot of land out there and if the county can push this extention through, their plan is to close the race track in Bristol and build one in the Wears Valley area. Could be wrong but is the talk.
