  • How do you know when a dog is sensitive to seizures

  • I tried this on my dog... It didn't do shit -_-#

  • @AnimeWolfGal Hope you took them up on their 100% guarantee! It worked for a few of my friends' dogs' fear of thunder and loud noises. Guess it's not a cure-all for all dogs

  • @AnimeWolfGal well you probably didn't introduce it the way you should. There are instructions and guides for a reason.

  • Many of you have negative comments. Dogs are similar to children with autism (very sensitive) to environmental changes. Weighted vests are used for children with autism for the SAME reason!! It is a calming influence.

  • This sounds a lot like the idea that clothing people with autism in compression clothing can help calm them.

  • We sell these at my animal hospital and they work very well! I highly recommend getting one of these for any dog with anxiety of any kind

  • 2:09 spunky says: duuuuuuuuuuuuuude... i, iiii im okaay wit tht thing running mannnnnnn :D WORLD PEACE MAAAAAAAAAAN!!

  • This product may or may not work. I have no idea... but FOX news is by no means any form of investigative reporting. You might be better off without their endorsement.

  • @realityhack ... good point! Then again, he did find a dog to film who was definitely skittish about noise and showed immediate results on film ... no smoke and mirrors.

  • @AmirsBegum Depends. We don't have the raw footage or how many dogs they shot. I certainly won't say the product doesn't work but film can be easily manipulated. I really do hope that this product provides comfort to some dogs (though I question breading such dogs), but this video does not constitute proof that it works. Given the FOX track record I wouldn't even consider it reliable evidence.

  • @realityhack my friend's husky has a fear of thunder, and stopped when she finally got her a thundershirt. I have yet to try mine that i recently got for my lab who has very severe separation anxiety during our flyball practice (she goes in a crate in a backroom with other dogs, but she screams, howls, barks and pants excessively) so i'm excited to see what happens. She also stresses out in new places, it's proven to work for her stress not sure on the separation anxiety though.

  • 1:38 too funny

  • Yeh, because they cant move in it. mine as well tie their paws together and clap when they fall over.

  • that looks uncomfertable

  • maybe you should just make your own, velcro shirt for your dog!

  • Although the product is not a substitute for counter-conditioning and desensitization behavior modification, it is an excellent choice for those who have neither the funds nor the inclination to adhere to an extended training regimen. We feel that the dog's comfort is most important, and our clients have reported good success with it.

  • @sequoyahbean The substitute for proper pet care is not the thundershirt. It is to not own a pet.
