I remember when Chessie was still around running over the old B&O across Northern Indiana. Really that wasnt that long ago. Mid to Late 1980s. I remember seeing Chessie painted units in the Garrett yards well into the mid 1990s. For a really long time up until about 1997-98 or so CSX still had an ORIGINAL paint B&O "sunburst" geep running between Garrett and Willard, Ohio..... :-)
Again great stuff. That consist on the first train looked like so many I remember with the high hood GP9 and the GP30 in it. Keep going these video are fantastic.
Glad your enjoying this stuf. So many are. I did know how this old stuff would be recieved, cause the quality isn't all that great. I can even see my VHS suff from the late 80's early 90's is starting to deteriorate. So I'm trying to get everything on my 1 TB hard drive. Probably talking 200 hours of railroad stuff from 1975-present. Again, Thanks for watching. Take care, Jackmp294
These are the ones that Ron put on VHS for me. I had to lighten them up a bit. I have 2, 2 hour tapes, there is another one somewhere that has a lot tour line stuff, including some more neat stuff with 148 up in Ridgewood NJ. But I need to find it ...

At one point in its life, 7614 with a 2nd SD40, sanded the rails of 17 Mile Grade for an engine numbered 614.
