The dance is cute, I would suggest cutting down on the length of the routine. So this gives you time to really focus on cleaning it up, as well as more transitions.

Thanks :) This was a dance for a local dance school. The choreography couldn't be too difficult because 90 % of the students are in 14 other dances. Too difficult of a routine could cause them to be overwhelmed and miss up onstage in front of their parents. Im going to start earlier this year so they have more time to work and clean up the moves for their next hip hop.

I understand that I am a dance instructor myself, I think your students are stretched to thin. I would still consider shortening the length of the music, after awhile it started to lose it's energy. Those are just simple suggestions, oh and every year the choreography should become more difficult.

I know teenagers love a good challenge, good job!
