I had saw this movie with my wife and kids at columbia college on tuesday nov.21 and we enjoyed it thanks to the guy that produced it sorry i couldn't stay listen to you afterwards, the kids were tired.

Just watched the film last night... WOW!!Fantastic, inspiring, and it left me in awe! Great footage and beautiful settings were abound in the film. Better than expected yet not what I expected either. WOW! Great work by Amin & GigaPix Studios!

I saw this film at Elon, when Laith al-Majali came to show it. Awesome! And so glad to hear it did so well at Sundance!

OMG I just saw this movie today at Sundance. Man it was a good movie. When I started watching it at first I couldn't help but wonder where the plot was going, but my congrats to the director who did a excellent job at not only telling the story but also concluding the story. When it comes to theaters I would love to see it again. This is definitely a must watch film of 2008.

I had the pleasure of seeing this film in an early form and was very struck by its touching elegance. The acting is great and it was fascinating to see a story of peace and love from this part of the world. Anybody with the slightest interest in neo-realism like we all learned about in film studies will appreciate this well crafted work.

just let me get this straight, a guy who works at the airport claims to be a pilot, tells stories to kids, then the kiddos fight about whether abu raed has been a pilot or not.

where is the plot, where is the story that will touch us.

i hope the movie is much much better than the trailer.

Captain Abu Raed is a real movie with a couple of years of effort behind it. Nothing like my shorts. I thought about taking my shorts off YouTube, but people like them so khalas.

Captain Abu Raed will be at Sundance then in Miami and across the Middle East starting February. We're in discussions with distributors for the US, Europe and the rest of the world for 2008.
