Thanks to my No. 1 fan!! Now why don't you come "sail" over here and visit me in the US sometime?! I know, not likely to happen but you are welcome if you ever get the chance sweetie.
An excellent composition.I love folk music and the simpleness of the words and meaning.I enjoy songs and stories of the sea, because I was a sailor. Thanks for sending it to me.I'm glad you like the song I posted.
But I suspect you are a "spiritual" person, a superstitious woman who has departed from the Christianity of her parents or grandparents.
In a healthier time you would have been a devout protestant. This is my way of paying you a compliment.
"Spiritualism" is the "old religion" in a state of decay and putrefaction. No more "sins", "damnation", redemption, or salvation. Just flattering "emotions". Religion without duty, piety, or God. Decadence.
Thanks so much4commenting. UR sort of correct about me,I once departed from Christianity in a sense, although the truth at the core of it has always been part of me. More recently I've returned 2it but with much insight &wisdom from a lifetime of studying all faiths in depth. & ya know what? The truth in each of them is the same! "Religion" is not my bagbut faith surely is(2diff. things),as is truth,&there's so much2share rather than the way people fight about it all! But must know that.
Good work E.T.!! That is a lovely creation done with a skill of which you can be very proud. Both the words and the music - reminiscent of yesteryear, very enjoyable. Thank you

God bless your sailor! The sea is a dangerous place, so happy you are once again on dry land.

It is a touching melody, and song.
